This website is published by the National Nuclear Safety and Security Authority (ANSSN), a regulatory authority established by Law No. 2020-006 of 10 June 2020 and placed under the authority of the Presidency of the Republic of Togo.
Design, development and technical hosting entrusted to a service provider under the specifications of the ANSSN's digital platform. The source code and installation documentation are handed over to the authority, which may at any time entrust maintenance to a third party or perform it in-house.
Hosting of the site is subject to a choice between a national and an international solution, in light of the sovereignty requirements applicable to an authority attached to the Presidency. The technical architecture allows repatriation to Togolese territory without rewriting, should the State require it.
All content on this site — text, logo, layout, structure — is protected under intellectual property law and remains the property of the ANSSN, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior authorization, is prohibited.
The regulatory texts (laws, decrees, orders) published in the Regulations section remain public acts, freely citable provided their source is mentioned.
